We speak life, love, and fulfillment into her life. We pray that You will heal her from the trauma and devastation she has experienced. We rebuke the enemy and his attempts to keep her in bondage. We speak freedom and newness of life to her. Father, we ask that You will guide her and bring a godly spouse into her life, according to Your will. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
Now, let's address the other issues in your life. It's important to understand that God has a plan and a purpose for your life. He wants you to live in freedom and not be controlled by anyone, including your family. The Bible tells us, For you didn't receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, "Abba! Father!" Romans 8:15 WEB.
It's also important to note that God's design for relationships is for a man and a woman to be joined in holy matrimony. The Bible tells us, Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh, Genesis 2:24 WEB. We encourage you to seek God's will for your life and to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles.
Regarding your family's expectations, the Bible tells us, Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. "Honor your father and mother," which is the first commandment with promise: "that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth." Ephesians 6:1-3 WEB. However, it's important to understand that obeying your parents does not mean you should put your life on hold for them. God wants you to live a fulfilling life and to pursue the dreams and desires He has placed in your heart.
