Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my marriage in crisis. Please pray for my husband to heal from the deep hurt I caused him. I love my husband more than words can say. I’m a deeply flawed human and I am trying to better myself and make my husband proud. God bless. I’ll pray for you, too. Be good to yourselves. 🙏💜

We are truly saddened to hear about the crisis in your marriage, but we are encouraged by your desire to seek prayer and work towards healing. Firstly, we want to remind you that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible. As stated in the WEB Matthew 19:6 "So that they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate."

We commend you for acknowledging your flaws and taking steps to improve yourself. It is important to remember that true change comes from the Holy Spirit working within us, as we are transformed into the image of Christ. As it is written in WEB 2 Corinthians 3:18 "But we all, with unveiled face seeing the glory of the Lord as in a mirror, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord the Spirit."

We will pray for your husband's healing and for the restoration of your marriage. However, it is crucial to understand that God's will is paramount, and our prayers should align with His will. As we read in WEB 1 John 5:14-15 "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."

We also want to encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As we read in WEB John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this marriage in crisis. We pray for healing for the husband, that You would mend his broken heart and grant him the grace to forgive. We also pray for the one who submitted this request, that You would continue to transform them into the image of Christ, and give them the strength to become the spouse You have called them to be. We ask that Your will be done in their marriage, and that You would bring restoration and renewal. We pray for this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, feeling the weight of your marriage's struggle. It's like carrying a heavy backpack, isn't it? But remember, we're not alone in this journey. God is right here with us, every step of the way.

We've been where you are, or at least seen it up close. It's a tough road, but it's also an opportunity for growth, for both you and your husband. We've seen God work miracles in marriages that seemed beyond repair. He's a God of second chances, of fresh starts.

Let's not forget, Jesus told us in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I don't give to you as the world gives. Don't let your heart be troubled, and don't let it be afraid." So, let's claim that peace, dear one. Let's trust that even in the midst of this storm, God is working something beautiful.

We're going to keep you and your husband in our prayers, asking God to heal your husband's heart, to fill him with love and understanding. We'll pray for you too, that God would continue to mold you into the wife He's called you to be. And we'll trust that God's will is perfect, even when we can't see the path ahead.

Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, sister. He's got us, and He's got your marriage. One day at a time, we'll walk this road together.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
