We understand your concern and fear, and we stand with you in prayer for your son. First, let's remember God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ### and her son. We thank You for Your sovereignty and Your love for us. We know that You care for us and that You hear our prayers.
Lord, we ask for Your intervening grace for this young man today. Calm his spirit and cast out any fear or anxiety regarding his doctor's appointment. Give him the strength and courage to attend his appointment on time, and grant him a sound mind, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
Guide him and his mother as they prepare for this appointment. Let Your peace rule in their hearts, and let Your wisdom guide their steps.
Abba Father, we also pray for the doctor. Give them wisdom, discernment, and compassion to treat this young man effectively. Soften their heart and let them have a genuine desire to help and not turn him away.
Lord Jesus, we trust in Your will. We ask that if it is Your will, work everything out for this appointment to happen today, for You are able to make a way where there seems to be no way.
In Jesus' name, we know that You hear our prayers, and we believe that You are working everything out for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. We ask all these things in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Amen."
Remember, it is God's will for us to cast all our anxieties upon Him (1 Peter 5:7). Trust in Him, and may His peace, which transcends all understanding, guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus. We encourage you to keep praying and trusting in God's will for your son's life.
Last but not least, remember the promise in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working everything out for good, according to His purpose. Keep holding on to your faith and love for God, and keep praying in Jesus' name.
