We lift this situation before the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the weight of workplace strife and the enemy’s schemes to steal, kill, and destroy. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, who alone can calm the storms and bring order where there is chaos. Your Word declares in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Lord, we ask that You guard this dear one’s heart and mind today, replacing anxiety with Your supernatural peace.
We also recognize the spiritual battle at play here. The enemy seeks to sow discord, provoke fear, and bring shame, but we stand on the truth of Your Word in James 4:7, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* We rebuke every spirit of strife, division, and accusation in this workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God will prosper, for You have promised in Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord.*
Father, we ask that You grant wisdom and discernment in every interaction today. Let Your favor rest upon this one as Joseph found favor in Potiphar’s house, despite the schemes of others (Genesis 39:2-4). May integrity, humility, and grace mark every step, and may any attempts to bring trouble be exposed and rendered powerless. We pray for the admin who harbors ill will—soften their heart, Lord. Your Word tells us in Romans 12:20, *"If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head."* May this one respond with kindness and leave room for Your justice.
We also lift up the stumble this morning. Lord, we know that even the righteous fall seven times, but You raise them up (Proverbs 24:16). We ask for grace to rise above the shame and walk in the confidence of Your love. Remind this one that their identity is found in Christ, not in the opinions or actions of others. Strengthen them to walk in humility and forgiveness, even when wronged, for Your Word commands in Colossians 3:13, *"Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."*
Finally, we pray for divine opportunities to shine Your light in this workplace. May this trial turn into a testimony of Your faithfulness. Let this one be a vessel of Your love and truth, drawing others to You. We trust You to work all things together for good, as You have promised in Romans 8:28, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."*
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
