You've mentioned that you are waiting for confirmation of a career shift and that it has been a test of trust between you and God. Before we pray together for this, we want to remind you of how important it is to pray in the name of Jesus. It is only by His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. “In him we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him.” (Ephesians 3:12 WEB)
We also want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul, “Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1 WEB) It is wonderful that you are trusting God for this career shift, and we will join you in praying for His will to be done in your life.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is waiting for confirmation of a career shift. Lord, You are faithful, and You reward those who diligently seek You. We ask that You strengthen their faith and help them to trust You even more in this process.
Lord, if this career shift is Your will, we ask that You make it clear and open the right doors. Give them wisdom and discernment to make the right decisions. If it is not Your will, we ask that You guide them and show them Your perfect plan for their life.
We also pray that You provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to rest in the knowledge that You are working everything out for their good and Your glory.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
