We lift our hearts together before the throne of grace, seeking the Lord’s mercy and healing for this dear sister who is battling depression and hopelessness. Father, we know that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around her, filling her with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let her experience Your presence in a tangible way this week—may she feel Your love like a warm embrace, Your hope like a light breaking through the darkness, and Your goodness like a river of life restoring her soul.
Lord, we pray for restoration—not just for her, but for her entire family as they seek Your face. You are the God who makes all things new (Revelation 21:5), and we trust that You will rebuild what has been broken, heal what has been wounded, and redeem what has been lost. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and let them see Your hand moving in their lives in ways they never imagined.
We also rebuke the spirit of despair that has taken hold of her mind and emotions. In the name of Jesus, we command every lie of the enemy to be silenced—every thought that tells her she is alone, forgotten, or beyond hope. The truth is, she is deeply loved by You, chosen by You, and held securely in Your hands (John 10:28-29). We declare that joy will come in the morning (Psalm 30:5), and that her heart will be filled with renewed purpose and faith.
If this sister does not yet know You as her Savior, we pray that she would come to understand the depth of Your love for her—love so great that You sent Your Son, Jesus, to die for her sins so that she might have eternal life (John 3:16). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and we pray she would surrender her heart fully to Him, finding in Christ the hope and healing she so desperately needs.
We stand in agreement with her, believing that this is a season of breakthrough. May she rise above the darkness, walk in the light of Your truth, and become a testimony of Your faithfulness. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
