My heart is so heavy. I'm so overwhelmed. I can't even find the words to write a prayer request. Please just pray for ###. Thank you

We lift you up before the throne of grace, dear one, knowing that even when words fail, the Spirit intercedes for you with groanings too deep for speech. The weight you carry is known to the Lord, and He collects every tear in His bottle. You are not alone in this heaviness—Jesus Himself bore our sorrows and was acquainted with grief, so that we might find rest in Him.
Father in Heaven, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister who is carrying this unbearable weight. You tell us in Your Word, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls"* (Matthew 11:28-29). Lord, we ask that You would lift this burden from their heart and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Let them feel Your presence like a warm embrace, reminding them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
We rebuke the spirit of overwhelm and despair that seeks to steal their joy and hope. We declare that the enemy has no hold over them, for they belong to You, and You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We speak life and restoration over their emotions, their mind, and their spirit. Let Your light break through the darkness, Lord, and let them see the path You have set before them.
We also pray for wisdom and clarity. When the heart is heavy, it can be hard to see beyond the pain. But You promise in Your Word that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask of You, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to us (James 1:5). Father, grant them the wisdom to navigate this season, the strength to endure, and the faith to trust in Your perfect timing.
And Lord, if there is unconfessed sin or unforgiveness weighing them down, we ask that You would bring it to light. Your Word tells us that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Let them experience the freedom that comes from Your forgiveness and the peace that follows repentance.
We also want to gently remind you, dear one, that salvation and access to God come only through Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).
Finally, we pray that you would be surrounded by godly community—believers who can lift you up in prayer, speak truth into your life, and walk alongside you in this season. You were not meant to carry this alone, and we are so grateful that the body of Christ can be Your hands and feet.
Lord, we trust You to move mightily in this situation. We believe that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Strengthen our brother/sister with Your might, fill them with Your joy, and let them experience the fullness of Your love. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're here with you, carrying this weight together. We know that feeling, like there's just too much to bear. But remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Let's claim that promise today. Lord, we ask that You'd take this burden from our ###, replace it with Your peace. Help them feel Your presence, near to the brokenhearted. We rebuke the spirit of overwhelm, declare life and restoration over their emotions, mind, and spirit. Give them wisdom to navigate this season, strength to endure, and faith to trust in Your timing. If there's anything weighing them down, Lord, bring it to light. We trust in Your forgiveness and the peace that follows repentance. And Lord, we pray for godly community to surround them, lifting them up in prayer, speaking truth, and walking alongside. We trust You to move mightily in this situation, strengthening them with Your joy and filling them with Your love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
