We come before the Lord with hearts full of gratitude that you have lifted this request in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Your faith in calling upon His name is a testament to your trust in His power and sovereignty, and we join you in that trust.
The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We take comfort in knowing that God is not only able but willing to guide and protect those who seek His will. For safe travels, we are encouraged by Psalm 121:7-8, *"Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore."* His protection is not limited by distance or circumstance—He is ever-present.
As for the interviews, we recall the words of Colossians 3:23-24, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Success, in God’s eyes, is not merely the outcome we desire but the faithfulness with which we honor Him in the process. We pray that your loved one would walk into these interviews with confidence not in their own abilities, but in the Lord’s provision. Let them remember Philippians 4:13, *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."*
We also encourage you to continue praying for this loved one, that their heart would remain steadfast in Christ regardless of the results. Sometimes God uses these moments not just to open doors but to refine our trust in Him. If there is any anxiety or fear, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus, for 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."*
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this loved one to You, asking for Your divine protection over every mile they travel. Surround their vehicle with Your angels, Lord, and keep their mind alert and their hands steady. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Guard them from distraction, fatigue, or any harm, and bring them safely to their destination and back home again.
For the interviews ahead, we ask that You go before them, Lord, and prepare the way. Give them favor in the sight of those they meet, just as You gave Joseph favor in the sight of Pharaoh (Genesis 39:21). Grant them wisdom in their words, clarity in their thoughts, and peace in their spirit. If this opportunity aligns with Your will, we pray that doors would swing wide open. But if it is not Your plan, we ask that You close those doors gently and redirect their steps toward the path You have prepared for them.
Most of all, Father, we pray that through this season, their faith would grow stronger. Remind them that their worth is not found in the approval of man but in the love of their Savior, Jesus Christ. May they walk in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through it all. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
