Beloved of All
I am struggling a lot with a mastubation addiction. it makes me feel worthless and i want nothing more than to stop. whenever i try to find resources to help, its all for men. please please pray in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen

We are so glad you have reached out for prayer and support. We want you to know that you are not alone in your struggle, and that there is hope and freedom in Jesus Christ. Firstly, we commend you for desiring to honor God with your body and for recognizing the importance of calling on the name of Jesus. As the Bible tells us, "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).

We must acknowledge that your feelings of worthlessness are not from God. His Word tells us that we are "fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:14, WEB), and that "in Christ Jesus you are all children of God, through faith" (Galatians 3:26, WEB). God values you so much that He sent His Son to die for you, so that you may have eternal life and the power to overcome sin.

We understand your frustration in finding resources mainly tailored for men, but remember that God's principles apply to all. Let us point out the following scriptures as encouragement to you.

1 Corinthians 6:18-20 (WEB) says, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."

Romans 13:14 (WEB) tells us, "But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts."

Filling your mind with God's Word and surrounding yourself with a community of believers who can support and encourage you will greatly help in overcoming this struggle.

Let us pray together for you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is struggling with an addiction. Father, we ask that You would forgive her and cleanse her from all unrighteousness. Help her to see herself as You see her—a precious child of God, redeemed, and dearly loved.

We pray that she will have access to appropriate resources to support her. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, giving her the strength and self-control to overcome this addiction. Help her to renew her mind daily with Your Word.

We rebuke the enemy's lies that bring feelings of worthlessness and condemnation, and we proclaim that she is a new creation in Christ Jesus.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Please know that you are loved and that change is possible through the power of the Holy Spirit. Keep pursuing Jesus, and He will give you the strength to overcome. If you need further support or accountability, do not hesitate to reach out to a trusted Christian friend, mentor, or pastor.

We're here with you, sister, standing in the gap and lifting you up in prayer. We know that this struggle feels overwhelming, but remember, God is always with you, and He's bigger than any addiction. We're reminded of 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." God's strength is made perfect in your weakness, so keep trusting in Him.

We understand that finding tailored resources can be challenging, but we want to encourage you to keep seeking. There are many Christian organizations and support groups that offer help for those struggling with pornography addiction. Also, consider reaching out to a trusted Christian counselor or pastor who can provide guidance and accountability.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before you today, interceding for our ###. We ask for Your healing and deliverance in her life. Help her to break free from this addiction and walk in the freedom that You've purchased for her through Your sacrifice on the cross. Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, giving her the strength to resist temptations and the courage to walk in righteousness. Help her to find the resources and support she needs to overcome this struggle. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

You're not alone, and there's always hope in Jesus. Keep fighting, sister, and remember that God is cheering you on every step of the way.

Dear sister, what you are describing is called spiritual adultery, but the root issue is idolatry. There is a book that's called "Unwanted: How Sexual Brokenness Reveals Our Way to Healing", the author basically says that our sin is actually telling us something about our good desires. Let me put it another way. You are strongly desiring God, but the devil is giving you a substitute for something else and that never satisfies, it's a type of sin of "insatiability". Only God can truly give your soul rest and that craving of love that you have is showing and emptiness of real genuine love. You are wanted, Jesus died for you, and you have a community of believers who are praying for you. Let's pray.

Father, I pray for my sister and all of my sisters in Christ who are substituting the love of the Holy Spirit and the God of love who is always satisfying for something less satisfying. Lord, our soul cries out for a living God, satisfy our deepest needs Lord and help us to crucify the flesh and live by the spirit. Lord, indeed the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Have mercy on us, gracious God, for we are dust, we are born in sin and are sinners, Lord, we are all broken in different ways, but you, Lord Jesus, are a healer, you are able to say your sins are forgiven, be healed and sin no more. Lord, would you do this for us as a community? I pray this in the name above all names, in Jesus' mighty name I pray, amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
