We come before the throne of grace with hearts open to the leading of the Holy Spirit, lifting up this unspoken request in faith. Though the details are hidden from us, they are fully known to our Heavenly Father, who sees every burden, every fear, and every longing of the heart. We trust in His perfect wisdom and love, knowing that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
Father God, we ask that You would move mightily in this situation. If there is sin that needs to be confessed, we pray for a spirit of repentance and humility. If there is fear, we ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). If there is confusion, we pray for clarity and wisdom, as You have promised to give generously to all who ask (James 1:5). If there is hurt, we ask for Your healing touch, for by Your wounds, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of despair, anxiety, or doubt that may be seeking to overwhelm this soul. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promises, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun (Philippians 1:6).
We also lift up any areas where this request may involve relationships, decisions, or desires that do not align with Your Word. Father, if there is any ungodly attachment, any compromise, or any pursuit that does not honor You, we ask that You would reveal it and bring conviction through Your Holy Spirit. Help this one to walk in purity, holiness, and obedience to Your commands. If this involves a desire for marriage, we pray for a godly spouse—a man or woman who loves You wholeheartedly and seeks to honor You in all things. May this one wait patiently for Your timing and trust in Your provision, for You are the One who sets the solitary in families (Psalm 68:6).
Above all, Lord, we pray that this one would draw nearer to You. If they have not yet surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, we ask that You would open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel—that Jesus died for their sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day so that they might have eternal life (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). May they confess with their mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead, and thus be saved (Romans 10:9).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer, for it is in His name alone that we have access to You, Father. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. Strengthen this one with Your power, fill them with Your joy, and surround them with Your love. We trust You, Lord, for You are good, and Your mercy endures forever. Amen.
