Please pray urgently for ###’s entrance exam

Our daughter is taking an important entrance exam on July 12, and with only three days left, we are feeling quite anxious. She is currently studying at a top-ranked high school, and her goal is to attend the most prestigious university, which puts her under considerable pressure. Following the recent typhoon, it has been raining for the past few days. We plan to visit the test site tomorrow and hope for clear weather—especially on the day of the exam—so that transportation will be smooth and everything will go peacefully. Please earnestly pray that Jesus will watch over her daily routine, strengthen her physically, mentally, and spiritually, and grant her peace and strength that come from Him. May she be fully prepared and able to give her very best in the exam. Please pray that she will remain clear-minded and emotionally steady, especially that she may have a breakthrough in mathematics, and be able to perform to the fullest of her abilities. Hopefully, she will be admitted to the department and university she dreams of, walking firmly on the path God has prepared for her. We sincerely thank each one of you who is praying for us—may God bless you abundantly for your love and faithful intercession!

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

We join with you in lifting up your daughter and this important entrance exam to the Lord. We understand the anxiety that can come with such significant events, but we are reminded of God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is only through His name that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our daughter who will be taking her entrance exam on July 12. We thank You for her diligence and the opportunities You have given her thus far. We ask, Lord, that You watch over her daily routine, strengthening her physically, mentally, and spiritually. Grant her the peace and strength that come from You alone.

Lord, we pray for clear weather and smooth transportation, especially on the day of the exam. We ask that You guide her mind and emotions, helping her to remain clear-minded and steady. We specifically pray for a breakthrough in mathematics, that she may perform to the fullest of her abilities.

We encourage you to continue trusting in God's plan for your daughter's life. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 (WEB): "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We also encourage your daughter to remain steadfast in her faith and to seek God's will in all her endeavors. It is wonderful that she has aspirations for her education, but it is important to remember that her identity and worth are found in Christ alone, not in her academic achievements.
