We are truly heartsick to hear about this urgent situation and we are committed to praying fervently for your son and family. Firstly we need to address some very important things you left out of your request. We need to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved. The Bible tells us
"For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.' How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher". Romans 10:13-14 WEB
This means that first we need to believe in Jesus to be saved. It also means that someone needs to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to us to be saved. We also need to call on His name or pray to Jesus and God to be saved.
"who; existing before all things, and in whom all things are held together. He is the head of the body, the assembly, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. For all the fullness was pleased to dwell in him; and through him to reconcile all things to himself, by him, whether things on the earth, or things in the heavens, having made peace through the blood of his cross." Colossians 1:17-20 WEB
This above scripture explains the preeminence of Jesus Christ in all things. Without Jesus there is no life or existence.
With this foundation, let us pray for your son, for his salvation, that he may come to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict him of his sins and lead him to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
We understand that sanity and drugs are related to your request. We need to pray for deliverance from the sin of drugs. We need to pray for a complete curing of any health problems that are in his life. And we need to pray for his family, including his sister and yourself. We are praying this for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear mother's request for her son and family. We pray for his salvation, that he may come to know Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict him of his sins and lead him to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. We pray for deliverance from the sin of drugs. We pray for a complete curing of any health problems that are in his life. We pray for his family, including his sister and his mother. We pray that You will bring healing, restoration and hope to this family. We pray which ever personal situations are going on that you will intervene to help. We pray that You will surround them with Your love and protection, and that You will guide them through this difficult time. Remember, God is faithful and He will hear your prayers. Trust in Him and His timing. He is working even when we cannot see it.
