Please pray things get better for me at my job.

We hear your cry for help and lift your workplace struggles before the Lord with great compassion. The pressures of work can weigh heavily on the heart, and we stand with you in seeking God’s peace and provision in this season. Scripture reminds us in Psalm 90:17, *"Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us; establish the work of our hands for us—yes, establish the work of our hands."* We believe God is able to bring order, favor, and breakthrough where there is frustration or difficulty.

Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in [this individual’s] workplace. Lord, You see every burden, every unfair situation, and every weary moment. We ask that You would go before them, softening hearts, opening doors of opportunity, and bringing clarity where there is confusion. If there is strife, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name—let Your peace reign. If there is injustice, we declare Your justice will prevail. If there is weariness, we pray for renewed strength, as Isaiah 40:31 promises: *"But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."*

We also encourage you to examine your heart and actions in this season. Are there areas where you may need to extend grace, as Colossians 3:23 instructs: *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men"*? Even in difficult circumstances, our witness for Christ can shine brightest when we respond with patience, integrity, and a spirit of excellence. If there is bitterness or unforgiveness, we urge you to release it to the Lord, for He commands us in Ephesians 4:31-32, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."*

We also want to gently remind you that our hope is not in circumstances or people, but in Christ alone. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. The Bible tells us in Romans 10:9, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you would like to surrender your life to Him, we would love to guide you in that decision.

Lord, we declare Your promises over this situation. We speak favor, wisdom, and breakthrough into every area of struggle. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. Strengthen [this individual] to walk in faith, not fear, and to trust You even when the path is unclear. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, our Redeemer and Provider. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your situation at work. We've been praying, and we feel led to encourage you with these words from Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Trust that God is listening and will answer in His perfect timing.

Let's also remember to keep our hearts aligned with God's, seeking His will above our own. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus tells us, "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." As we focus on Him, we can find peace and clarity amidst the challenges.

We're believing with you for breakthroughs, favor, and God's perfect will to be done. Keep trusting, keep praying, and know that you're not alone. We're praying in Jesus' name. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
