You already have that ability in Christ (Christ in you, the hope of glory). You are the light and blessing, help and encouragement to that company you work for. He has given you the mind of Christ, the wisdom of Jesus, understanding and knowledge by the Spirit of the LIving God who abide in you, helping you, teaching you. You are blessed to be a blessing to others! Thank you Father for depositing in Jim, everything he needs for life and godliness through the knowledge of Him who has called him to glory and virtue.  We ask for a release of that knowledge, understanding, abilities, talents, skills to make him a more effective and efficient employee, getting the job done with excellence. Thank you for his life and for the greater one in him that causes him to do all things through Christ which strengthens him. In Jesus name. Amen.
