We hear your desire for victory this year, and we lift this request before the Lord with hearts full of hope and faith. The Bible reminds us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God’s plans for you are good, and He delights in blessing His children. However, we must also remember that true victory is not always measured by worldly success but by how closely we walk with Him and how faithfully we trust in His will.
We encourage you to seek God’s definition of winning. Is it financial gain, recognition, or perhaps something deeper—like spiritual growth, peace, or the salvation of souls? Proverbs 16:3 tells us, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." When we align our desires with God’s purposes, we can trust that He will guide us into victory, whether it looks like what we imagined or not.
Let us also rebuke any spirit of anxiety or desperation that may be driving this request. Philippians 4:6-7 says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Instead of focusing solely on the outcome, let us trust in God’s provision and timing.
If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to consider doing so. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the promise of eternal victory. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Salvation is the greatest victory any of us can ever know, and it is available to you today.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts open to Your will. We lift up this request for victory, asking that You align it with Your perfect plan for this life. Lord, we know that Your thoughts are higher than our thoughts, and Your ways are higher than our ways. Help us to trust in You, not just for the outcomes we desire, but for the peace and purpose You have for us.
Father, we ask that You would grant wisdom, discernment, and favor in every area of life. Whether this victory looks like success in the eyes of the world or a deeper walk with You, we pray that it would bring glory to Your name. Remove any anxiety or fear, and replace it with faith and confidence in Your promises. If there are areas where we are seeking our own will above Yours, reveal them to us and help us to surrender them completely.
Lord, we also pray for salvation if this heart has not yet been claimed by Jesus. Draw near to this soul, and let them know the joy of being reconciled to You. May they experience the victory that comes from knowing Christ as their Savior and Lord.
We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the One who has already won the ultimate victory for us on the cross. Amen.
