John 8:31-32  31So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, "If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine;32and you will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." 

Keep your mind focused on the Word. The Word/Jesus will set you free, He is the truth.. You need to have a relationship with Him and the Father and the Holy Spirit.  Word on developing that relationship. Knowing God is more important that stopping cussing and stopping lying.  Those sins are already forgiven, 2000 years ago on the cross. Develop that intimate knowledge of God and all sinful actions will fall away. 

In the name of Jesus, I loose the Holy Spirit into your life.
