Your desire to care for your body through hydration and exercise is commendable, for it reflects a stewardship of the life God has entrusted to you.
However, we must also encourage you to examine the motivations of your heart in this pursuit. Is this goal rooted in a desire to honor God with your body, or is it driven by worldly standards of health, appearance, or performance? Proverbs 16:2 reminds us, "All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes; but the Lord weighs the motives." Let us pray that your efforts would be aligned with God’s will and that He would purify your intentions.

May this goal be a blessing to them, not a burden, and may it be a testimony of Your goodness and provision in their life.
