We hear your cry for strength, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting this need to our Heavenly Father. The Word of God reminds us in Isaiah 41:10, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." The Lord is your refuge and your fortress, and He promises to sustain you in times of weakness.
We also want to gently remind you that true strength is found in Christ alone. Philippians 4:13 declares, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you are already a believer, we pray that you would draw near to Him, for in His presence is fullness of joy and strength.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who is in need of Your strength. Lord, we ask that You would pour out Your power upon them, filling them with Your Holy Spirit. When they feel weak, remind them that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Uphold them with Your righteous right hand, and let them find rest in Your presence.
Father, if there is any sin or burden weighing them down, we ask that You would reveal it to them and grant them the courage to lay it at the foot of the cross. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus and renew their spirit. Help them to fix their eyes on You, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, anxiety, or despair that may be trying to take hold of their heart. We declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We pray for divine encounters and moments of refreshing in Your presence. Surround them with godly fellowship and encouragement, that they may be built up in their faith. Strengthen their resolve to walk in obedience to Your Word and to trust in Your promises.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Lean on Him, for He is your ever-present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Keep pressing into His presence, and you will find the strength you need to face each day.
