While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We stand with you in prayer before our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking Him that He has delivered you and protected your life, for it is only by His mercy that you are kept safe.

We hear the distress and fear you have endured in that apartment with the tampered heating and electrical system, the electric shocks and bodily injuries, the sense that someone entered without permission, and now the ongoing false accusations, mocking, and harassment even as you walk peacefully and read the Bible. We thank God with you that the police have seen your innocence and that those who live with you now have believed you after seeing the documentation and photos. We praise God who is mighty to save and who shows the truth.

We join you in praying that God will reveal what has been hidden and bring perfect justice, for nothing is secret before Him. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 and There is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Luke 12:2 We pray that if there was intentional tampering and intent to harm, that the Lord will expose it clearly, that the identity of anyone who acted wickedly and anyone who helped them will be made known, and that truth will prevail. We pray that every lie and false accusation against you will be brought to light and shown to be false.

We also remember the word you shared, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. Psalm 34:19-22 We cling to this promise that the Lord delivers the righteous and redeems those who take refuge in Him, and that He is the righteous Judge who loves justice. For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn't forsake his saints. Psalm 37:28

We pray for the landlord who avoids you and will not take responsibility, and for the woman and the concierge who have accused you, mocked your injuries, called the police falsely, and spoken with arrogance and contempt. We pray as you asked that the Holy Spirit would touch them, break their hardness, and give them a heart of flesh as it is written, I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26 We ask that God would convict them of lying, bring them to repentance, and lead them to submit to Him and to make right what is wrong where restitution is due.

At the same time we gently encourage you in love to guard your own heart against hatred. It is right to hate evil and to desire justice, but we are called to love our enemies and not to repay evil with cursing. We hear your pain in calling this woman evil and speaking of demons inside her, and while we understand your anguish and do believe in spiritual oppression, we are reminded not to condemn the soul of another but to pray for their salvation. But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44 and Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don't curse. Romans 12:14 We pray that God will help you to release bitterness and to trust vengeance to Him, for it is written, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 The perfect justice you long for belongs to the Lord, and He often carries it out through the lawful authorities He has ordained.

We encourage you to continue to walk in wisdom and peace, to keep all documentation, photos, electrician reports, and records, and to work patiently with the police and lawful authorities rather than trying to confront these individuals on your own. Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Romans 13:1 We pray for the police who have confirmed your innocence, that they will continue to act with discernment and protect you from false accusations, and we pray for your ongoing safety as you walk and read the Word.

We thank you that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 We rest in that name now.

We pray together, Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up our brother to You. Thank You for delivering him from affliction and keeping his life. We ask You to reveal every hidden deed, to expose every lie, and to bring perfect justice according to Your righteousness. Let truth shine and let false accusations fall to the ground. Convict every person involved who has acted with deceit, malice, or negligence, and grant them repentance and a heart of flesh that they may confess, take responsibility, and turn to You. Protect our brother from further harm, from electric danger, from harassment, and from the tongue that speaks falsely. Give him peace that surpasses understanding, guard his heart from hatred, and fill him with love to pray for those who persecute him. Guide the authorities to act justly and give him wisdom to pursue what is right through lawful means. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified as You vindicate the innocent and call sinners to repentance. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

If there are ongoing concerns about wiring or heating, a qualified electrician or your local housing authority can assess and create an official record, which helps more than trying to carry the investigation alone. Keeping your documentation organized and staying connected to a trusted advocate, counselor, or local advice service can also help you navigate the lack of response from the landlord.

Father, we lift up our brother to You. We ask for Your protection over him, for healing in his body, for quiet and safety where he lives, and for wisdom for everyone involved. Your sorrow and your peril have been laid before the Lord who sees in secret and who knows what is in the hearts of men. We have heard how you have suffered electric shocks and bodily wounds in that dwelling, how you have been accused falsely by those who have not known you, how the authorities have been called upon you while you were walking peaceably and reading the Scriptures, and how you have been mocked for injuries which other workmen have judged to have been set with intent to harm. We bless God that He has delivered you thus far, that the police have seen your innocence, that those who live near you have heard your testimony and believed the evidence you have shown, and that you are kept to say, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

The Lord will perfect that which concerneth you. This was the confidence of David, and it may be yours. When you bring your cause into the court of Divine inspection, you may say, Thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever. All the weight of your trouble, all the weight of your fear and your woundedness, the everlasting arches of divine mercy can and will sustain. We have often seen that divine interpositions come in the way of deliverance from floods of trouble. Not always by miracle, but full of wonder for all that, He hath delivered soul from death and feet from falling. And persecution, even when it takes the form of slander and cruel mocking and venomous spite, is overruled by God for good. It keeps up the separation between the church and the world, and it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of such enmity that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. God has blessed His people by their persecution, by teaching them to confide not in man but in the Lord.

We join you in praying for truth to be made manifest and for justice to be done, and we pray for it as those who believe that justice is unimpeachable in the hand of God. If wrong has been done in that apartment, if the heating or the electrical protections were tampered with to endanger life, we pray that the Lord, who is a sure observer and no false witness, will bring it to light through lawful and rightful means and through those appointed to keep order. We do not ask for private vengeance, for vengeance belongeth unto the Lord, but we ask that what is hidden may be revealed, that the innocent may be vindicated, and that the guilty, if there be guilt, may be brought to answer for it before the proper authorities. Above all we remember that Jesus death manifested divine justice in the very highest degree. There upon the cross the justice of God was vindicated and God was shown to be just and yet the Justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. Therefore we pray not only for exposure and for protection, but for the justification that comes by faith in Christ alone, for apart from Him none can stand in the day of judgment.

We pray also for those who have accused and mocked you, for the woman who has shouted lies, for the landlord who avoids responsibility, for the concierge who has made sport of your suffering. We do not pray that God would bless hardness or deceit, but that He would break the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, that He would grant repentance and truthfulness, that they may hear His call and submit to Him. May the Holy Spirit convince of sin and of righteousness and of judgment, that they may cease from lying and take responsibility for what is theirs to bear, and that they may find mercy through the substitutionary sacrifice of Christ, who gave Himself to die a felons death that sinners might be forgiven. We pray that all hatred and restlessness and arrogance may be subdued, and that you may be kept in perfect peace, continuing to walk before Him in truth.

Let us pray together. O Lord our God, Thou knowest all things, Thou seest what men have done in darkness and what they intend in their hearts. We thank Thee that Thou hast kept this Thy servant from death and hast delivered him out of every affliction hitherto. Perfect that which concerneth him, we beseech Thee. Let truth be made clear to all, let the innocent be defended and the wrong, if wrong has been done, be brought into the light before those who bear the sword for justice. Restrain the tongue that accuses falsely and the hand that would harm. Soften hard hearts, grant repentance where there has been deceit, and grant to all concerned to know Thy mercy in Christ Jesus, by whom Thou art just and the Justifier. Keep Thy servant near to Thyself through this trial, sustain him by Thy Spirit, and cause him to walk in holiness and in quiet trust until Thou shalt make his way plain. Your request has been heard with sorrow and with prayerful attention, and I join you in bringing it before the Lord who sees what is done in secret and who judges with perfect righteousness.

You have endured fear and bodily harm in the place where you should have been safe, and then further distress through false accusations and mocking. It is right to take refuge in the promise you quoted, that many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and to ask Him to keep you and to bring what is hidden into the light. We pray that God, who knows every heart and intention, will reveal the truth about what happened in that apartment, whether harm was done intentionally, who was responsible, and who may have helped. We ask Him to guide those in lawful authority, the police and others appointed to seek justice, so that they may act wisely and fairly. Scripture teaches that a matter is to be established by two or three witnesses and by careful examination, so we pray for clear evidence, truthful testimony, and for no hasty judgment on any side, but for justice that is thorough and true.

We also pray for your protection and peace as you walk and read the Scriptures, and for your healing. You have shown wounds and the effects of electric shock, and we ask the Lord to restore your body and to guard your mind from anxiety and fear. May He grant you quietness, a safe place to live, and the comfort of neighbors who have listened and believed your account. May He keep you from repaying evil for evil, and help you to continue in prayer, in honesty, and in a clear conscience before Him.

We pray as you asked for those who have opposed you, the former landlord, the woman who has accused and shouted at you, and the concierge who mocked your injuries and called the police. We do not ask God to bless what is false or harmful, but we do ask Him to break hardness of heart and to give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone. May the Holy Spirit convict where there has been lying, evasion, or cruelty, and bring each one to take responsibility, to speak truthfully, and to seek forgiveness from God and from you where wrong has been done. May He turn arrogance and anger to humility, and bring repentance that leads to life through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved.

We remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord and that He will repay, and our calling is to seek truth, to pursue what is right through lawful means, to tell the truth in love, and to pray even for those who have caused us pain, that they might be saved and transformed.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, You see all things and nothing is hidden from Your eyes. You are righteous in all Your judgments and merciful to all who call upon You through Your Son Jesus. Reveal what is true about these events. Bring to light what was done in darkness. Protect the innocent, restrain the violent, and give wisdom to those who investigate. Heal this Your servant from injury and from distress, grant safety and peace, and keep this person steadfast in Your Word. Work in the hearts of the landlord, the woman, and the concierge, and all involved, to break pride and hardness, to stop lies and abuse, and to lead them to repentance and to a living faith in Christ. Grant that justice be done according to Your perfect will, and that mercy and truth may meet. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who will come again to judge with righteousness. Amen.
