Thank you for trusting us with this painful and frightening story. We have prayed for you and we continue to pray. What you describe, living with the fear that your home was made unsafe, suffering electric shocks and injuries to your skin, being falsely accused by someone you had never spoken to, being mocked when you tried to show what happened, and feeling that those responsible will not listen or take responsibility, is a heavy burden. It is right to bring it to the Lord who sees what is hidden, knows every heart and intention, and who promises to be near to those who suffer.
You quoted Psalm 34, that many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and that those who hate the righteous will be condemned. That is true. God does keep His own, and He does not overlook affliction. He also reserves justice to Himself. Scripture says vengeance belongs to the Lord, He will repay, and His justice is perfect in a way ours cannot be. So we pray with you not for revenge in anger, but for God to reveal the truth and to bring His righteous justice in His way and time.
Part of that truth concerns false witness. The Bible warns often about those who appear harmless, even like sheep, yet speak what is not true. One reason false testimony is so damaging is that it is often mixed with much that sounds true, which makes it hard to discern at first. That is why we are taught to be watchful, to test what is said, to look at the fruit of a life and at faithfulness to Jesus Christ, and not to judge by appearance alone. God takes false accusation very seriously. In His law, if someone bore false witness against a neighbor and was found to have lied, the penalty would fall on the false witness as if he had committed the crime he tried to pin on another. When Jesus Himself was falsely accused before Pilate, the charges were that He forbade paying taxes and claimed to be a king in a way He did not, and the crowd chose a man guilty of sedition and murder over an innocent one. God saw that injustice fully, even when human justice failed in the moment. He still sees every false word spoken against you, and every hidden act done in that apartment.
We do not know with certainty who did what in that flat, and we cannot declare guilt against a specific person. Only God knows fully whether technicians or others tampered with the heating or the electrical protection and why. What we can do is ask Him to bring what was done in secret into the light, so that the truth is clearly known to all who need to know it, including lawful authorities who are called to protect life and to investigate such danger. We pray that any evidence will be made clear, that honest electricians and inspectors will be heard, that the landlord and all who have responsibility will stop avoiding the matter, speak truthfully, and take responsibility where it is due, and that you will be protected from further harm or harassment as you walk peacefully and read Scripture.
We also hear your prayer that God would break hardness and give a heart of flesh. That is the right prayer for those who have hurt or mocked you, including the woman who has shouted accusations and the man who mocked your injuries and said cruel things. God is able to soften the hardest heart, to convict of sin, to bring humility where there has been arrogance, and to lead to repentance. Jesus calls us to love our enemies and to pray for those who mistreat us, not because what they did was acceptable, but because we want them to be saved and transformed rather than to remain under condemnation. So we pray that the Holy Spirit would touch each person involved, that lying would cease, that mocking and contempt would be replaced by compassion and honesty, that restlessness and anger would give way to the fear of the Lord, and that each one would hear His call and submit to Him. If there is unconfessed wrongdoing, we pray God would grant repentance that leads to confession and to making what wrongs can be made right.
We pray for you as well, for healing of your body where you were wounded, for peace where there has been fear and sleeplessness, for wisdom to know how to document and report what happened through proper and lawful means, and for comfort as you continue to seek Him. Keep bringing your cause to Him, keep walking in truth, and do not try to carry the work of justice alone. Let Him be your defender.

You know the fear in that apartment, the shocks and wounds suffered, the accusations spoken, the mocking endured, and the frustration of not being heard. You know every heart and every motive. We ask You to protect and deliver, to heal what was injured, and to give peace that guards heart and mind. Bring the truth into the light. If wrong was done intentionally, expose it clearly through lawful and reliable means so that no lie remains hidden. Move upon those who have responsibility to speak honestly and to act justly. Soften hard hearts, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, break pride and cruelty, and grant repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, through whom alone we are saved. Help Your child to trust Your perfect justice, to forgive as You have forgiven, and to leave vengeance in Your hands while seeking what is right in a lawful and peaceable way. Let Your will be done, and let Your name be glorified as the One who saves and who judges righteously. Amen.
