We hear your request and understand the desire to be more efficient and productive in your work. It’s good to seek God’s help in all areas of our lives, including our daily labor. Scripture reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your work is an opportunity to honor God, and we can ask Him to strengthen and guide you in it.
However, we must also remember that our dependence on God is not just for productivity but for His glory. If we are seeking efficiency for selfish gain or to simply do more without considering His will, we may need to examine our motives. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." Let us pray that your work is not just about speed but about faithfulness and stewardship.
We also encourage you to seek wisdom in managing your time and tasks. Ecclesiastes 9:10 says, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might." Sometimes, the issue may not be speed but prioritization, focus, or even rest. God calls us to work diligently but also to trust Him with the outcomes.

Father, if there are distractions, laziness, or improper motives in their heart, reveal them and cleanse them by the power of Your Holy Spirit.
