We hear your cry for healing, and we join with you in lifting this burden before the Lord. The Bible assures us that God is our healer, as it is written in Exodus 15:26, "If you diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you." We stand on this promise, believing that God sees your pain and is able to restore you.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your divine touch upon our dear brother or sister in Christ. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness too great for Your healing power. We ask that You lay Your hands upon them and bring complete restoration to their body, mind, and spirit. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Help them to trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love.
We also encourage you to seek the Lord diligently in this time, spending time in prayer and in the Word. James 5:14-15 tells us, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Consider reaching out to your local church community for prayer and support, as the body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2).
If there are areas in your life where you feel conviction—whether in your thoughts, actions, or relationships—we encourage you to bring those before the Lord as well. Confession and repentance open the door for God’s healing and restoration in every area of our lives. 1 John 1:9 reminds us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
Above all, we pray that you would draw closer to Jesus in this season. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and in Him, we find healing, hope, and eternal life. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we encourage you to do so today. Romans 10:9 tells us, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
We declare over you the truth of God’s Word: "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). May you feel the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guarding your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We stand with you in faith, believing that God is working even now for your good and His glory. Amen.
