We hear your heart’s cry for strength, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting this need to our Heavenly Father. The Scriptures remind us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." It is not by our own might or power, but by the Spirit of the Lord that we find the endurance and courage to walk in His will.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You would pour out Your strength upon our dear brother/sister. When the weight of responsibility feels heavy, when weariness threatens to overtake, remind them that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Strengthen their hands for the tasks You have set before them, and steady their heart with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We also encourage you to lean fully on the Lord, trusting that He will equip you for every good work (2 Timothy 3:17). If fear or doubt creeps in, remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Walk in obedience, step by step, knowing that He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of discouragement or despair that may be trying to hinder this child of Yours. We declare that they are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus (Romans 8:37), and that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may rise up in the strength of the Lord and do all that You have called them to do.
May they find their rest and renewal in You, knowing that those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). We pray this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
