We understand that you are seeking deliverance, and we are here to pray with you and offer biblical guidance. Firstly, it is important to note that deliverance is ultimately found in the person and work of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we are saved and set free.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear soul who is seeking Your deliverance. We know that Your Son, Jesus Christ, came to set the captives free and to give us life abundantly. We pray that You will deliver this person from whatever is binding them, whether it is sin, addiction, or any form of bondage.
We pray, Father, that You will give them the strength to resist temptation and to walk in Your ways. Help them to put on the whole armor of God, so that they may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. We know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:11-13 WEB.
Father, we also pray that You will fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them in all truth and helping them to live a life that is pleasing to You. We pray that they will know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that they may be filled with all the fullness of God Ephesians 3:19 WEB
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who is the only way to our salvation, deliverance, and freedom. And it is in the name of Jesus Christ that we pray, believing that You will answer our prayer according to Your will and in Your perfect timing.
If this dear person has not already done so, we encourage them to confess with their mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, and they will be saved. Romans 10:9 WEB We also encourage them to seek to know Jesus Christ and to be in close contact with Him through His Word and prayer.
