 please pray that God blesses my to be successful on my job until he blesses with with something better.I bring 100 percent daily and a positive mindframe I watch others succeed here while i fail.

Who says you are failing?  God does not say that about you. If God is in what you do, then you are succeeding, but you may not be succeeding in the way the others are. We walk by faith, not in what we see, hear, taste, smell, or feel.  So have another thought, speak different words.

Proverbs 10:22The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow with it.

In whatever you do, you want the blessing of the Lord, not the blessing of people. You just keep giving your 100% and when the time comes, God will lift you up.

If you work for a company, you can bring the favor of God into it. You can bring the blessing of God into that company. What about getting to work 15 or 20 minutes early and walking around and praying and asking for the blessing of God, asking for a full order book, asking that the company would prosper so they could take more people on in the workforce? What about at least driving around the city and doing drive-by blessings? What about going to places in your city where nothing is happening and calling down the grace of God and calling down the goodness of God? You can do all of that!
