I am asking everyone to please pray for my daughter, Ashlyn and I. On wednesday we are having a court hearing to determine whether or not I willbe reunited with my daughter. Almost 6 months ago i made the most horrendous choices of my life. I am an acoholic and at that time didn't feel I had a problem. I was arrested for public intoxication and subsequently my Ashlyn was placed in foster care. My family petioned the court to have my step sister care for Ashlyn while I was receiving help. In the meantime she has cut off all communication between my daughter and I and has filed for adoption. Apparently she constantly speaks negative about me in front of Ashlyn and has alienated the entire family so Ashlyn has no contact with anyone from our family. I believe that I had to endure this heart wrenching time to face the reality of my acholism and other childhood issues I have neve dealt with. I pray to be reunited with my daughter and for her to know that her family loves her and misses her very much! My family has rallied around me and even attending court with me on wednesday. Please tell everyone you know to pray for Ashlyn and Denise and everyone involved in this court hearing. Thank you so much. I couldn't have made it through this without the forgivenss and love of our lord Jesus! My guilt is overwhelming for the pain I have caused my baby. I haven't seen her in almost 6 months; prior to this I have never been away from her for one day. I love her and miss her so much it's unbearable! Thank you for your prayers!
