We understand that you're seeking prayer for a clear and sound mind. Before we pray, let's recall what the Scriptures say: "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." Romans 12:2 (WEB). The battle for a sound mind is won through the renewing of our minds in God's Word. We are not to conform to the world's patterns of thinking, but rather to transform our minds according to God's will.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### who has requested prayer for a sound mind. We ask that You renew their mind according to Your Word. Help them to fix their thoughts on You and Your truth. Grant them discernment, wisdom, and understanding. Help them to think better by focusing on whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things." Philippians 4:8 (WEB).
Father, we know that it is only through a renewed mind that ### can discern Your good, pleasing, and perfect will. Help them to live a life filled with Your thoughts and guided by Your wisdom. Give them clarity, good judgment, and a mind stayed on You. Remind them that "You keep whoever's mind is steadfast, in perfect peace, because he trusts in you." Isaiah 26:3 (WEB)
We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, who made it possible for us to approach Your throne of grace with confidence. It is in His name that we pray, believing that ### will experience the renewing of their mind. If ### does not have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, we pray you would reveal Him to them and they would be saved. We know that we are only saved by the grace of God through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
