Good and Faithful Servant
We hear your cry for deliverance from the devil’s accusations. The enemy is indeed relentless, always seeking to stand against those who belong to Jesus and to whisper condemnation in their ears. But the good news is that the power of the accuser has been decisively broken. When Jesus died and rose again, He disarmed the demonic powers and made a public spectacle of them. Every charge they would bring against you was nailed to the cross. Through faith in Christ, you stand fully acquitted before God, and no voice from the pit can overturn that verdict.
You asked that the demon and the devil would not be able to accuse you in any time or in any state. That is exactly what the Lord’s protection provides. The prudent man sees evil and hides himself, and our hiding place is Christ. He is the shield about you. We are praying that every lying tongue will be silenced and that the enemy will be forced to flee from you as you draw near to God. The demons know their final destiny, the outer darkness prepared for them, and they live in dread of that judgment. Jesus alone has authority to send them away before their time, and we call upon His name to surround you now.
We also want to walk in a way that starves those accusations of any foothold. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil, to depart from it without compromise. When we tolerate sin, we open a door to the enemy’s taunts. But as you honor the Lord, turn from what He calls evil, and fix your eyes straight ahead on His path, you will find health and strength. Evil destroys, but those who trust in the Lord are not desolate. He redeems the soul of His servants.
So rest in this: the blood of Jesus speaks a better word than any accusation. You are secure, not because you are perfect, but because He is. We join you in asking the Lord to keep the enemy absolutely banished from your life at every moment and in every state. May you know the deep peace of being hid with Christ in God.
