We lift this request before the Lord with joyful hearts, thanking Him for the opportunity He has provided. Father, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we ask that You guide and bless this interview process. We pray that if this position aligns with Your will for their life, You would open the door wide and grant favor in the eyes of those conducting the interview. May Your wisdom fill their mind, Your peace calm their heart, and Your words flow from their lips as they answer each question.

Lord, we ask that You would grant them clarity of thought and confidence in the skills and experiences You have already equipped them with. Help them to reflect Your light in every interaction, showing integrity, humility, and excellence. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we rebuke any spirit of fear or doubt that may try to creep in. We also pray for divine connections and opportunities to arise from this interview, whether it leads to this specific role or another path You have prepared. May they walk in faith, trusting that You hold their future and that Your plans for them are good. *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this"* (Psalm 37:5 WEB).

Above all, we pray that this opportunity would not only provide for their needs but also allow them to serve You and others in a way that brings glory to Your name. May their work be a testimony to Your faithfulness and goodness. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.
