We come before the throne of grace with this heavy burden on your heart, lifting it up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven by which we can be saved and set free. Jesus Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6). It is only through His shed blood on the cross that we have forgiveness of sins and victory over the accuser. The enemy, Satan, is indeed the "accuser of our brothers" (Revelation 12:10), but we must remember that he has been defeated. Jesus has already disarmed the principalities and powers, triumphing over them in the cross (Colossians 2:15). Therefore, we do not fight for victory—we fight from victory.
We rebuke the spirit of accusation and condemnation that seeks to torment you. The Word of God declares, "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus" (Romans 8:1). If you have confessed your sins and turned to Jesus in repentance, the blood of Christ has cleansed you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). The enemy may whisper lies, but we stand on the truth: "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). The devil has no legal right to accuse you when you are covered by the blood of Jesus.

Confession and repentance break the power of the accuser, for "he who covers his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy" (Proverbs 28:13).
We also declare that the devil has no authority over you if you are in Christ. Jesus said, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you" (Luke 10:19). You are seated with Christ in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), far above the reach of the enemy’s accusations. The armor of God is your protection: the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:13-17). Put on this armor daily, and stand firm against the schemes of the devil.
