Please pray for my brother ###. He’s dealing with various health issues, including a bacterial infection over his foot and an open wound in the same foot. He also has heart issues. Please pray for his health to get better.

We lift up your brother before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the One who heals all our diseases. It is clear that your brother is facing significant physical trials, and we are reminded of the words in James 5:14-15, which say, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."* While we cannot be there in person to anoint him, we stand in faith, praying for his complete healing in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.

We also recall Psalm 103:2-3, which declares, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits— who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* Your brother’s health struggles are not hidden from God, and we trust that the Lord will restore his strength, close that wound, and bring healing to his heart and entire body. We pray that any infection would be completely eradicated and that his heart would be strengthened and made whole. May the Lord grant him peace and patience as he waits for healing, and may he feel the comforting presence of the Holy Spirit during this time.

At the same time, we encourage your brother to examine his heart before the Lord. Sometimes illness can be a time of reflection and repentance, not because sickness is always a direct result of sin, but because God uses all things to draw us closer to Him. We pray that if there is any unconfessed sin or area of his life that is not surrendered to Christ, the Holy Spirit would convict him and lead him to repentance. Let him seek the Lord with all his heart, trusting in His goodness and sovereignty, even in this trial.

We also pray for you, that the Lord would give you strength and wisdom as you support your brother. May you both be filled with faith, knowing that our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20). Let this season be a testimony of God’s faithfulness, and may your brother’s healing bring glory to the name of Jesus.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this brother who is suffering physically. Lord, You know the depths of his pain and the weariness that comes with prolonged illness. We ask that You would touch his body and bring complete healing. Let Your healing power flow through him, restoring his foot, closing that wound, and strengthening his heart. Remove every trace of infection and renew his strength like the eagle’s. Lord, we also pray for his spiritual well-being. Draw him closer to You in this time, and let him experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in the name of Jesus, commanding it to leave and never return. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, your brother is healed (1 Peter 2:24). Father, let Your will be done in his life, and may this trial serve to deepen his faith and trust in You. We thank You in advance for the testimony of healing that is to come, and we give You all the glory. In Jesus’ mighty and holy name, we pray. Amen.
