please pray for ###

We join you in this heartfelt cry for the infilling of the Holy Spirit, and we lift you up in agreement, knowing that our Heavenly Father delights in pouring out His Spirit upon those who earnestly seek Him. Your prayer aligns beautifully with Scripture, as Jesus Himself taught that the Father gives the Holy Spirit to those who ask (Luke 11:13). How wonderful it is to see you approaching the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the promise of the Spirit’s power in our lives.

The Holy Spirit is our Comforter, Teacher, and Guide, and His presence within us is essential for living a life that honors God. The apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 5:18, *“Don’t be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit.”* This filling is not a one-time event but a continuous surrender to His leading, allowing Him to renew our minds, empower our steps, and align our hearts with the will of God. When we are filled with the Spirit, we bear the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23)—qualities that reflect Christ to a broken world.

We also recall the words of Jesus in John 14:26: *“But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you.”* How precious is this promise! The Spirit does not merely guide us in vague impressions but anchors us in the truth of God’s Word, illuminating Scripture and convicting us of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). If there are areas in your life where you feel weak, uncertain, or distant from God, invite the Holy Spirit to search your heart, as David prayed in Psalm 139:23-24: *“Search me, God, and know my heart. Try me, and know my thoughts. See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way.”* True renewal begins with repentance and surrender.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, thanking You for the gift of Your Holy Spirit, who is our Helper and Strength. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who seeks to be filled anew with Your presence. Father, we ask that You would pour out Your Spirit upon them in abundance, just as You promised through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Fill every corner of their heart, mind, and soul, that they may walk in the fullness of Your power and wisdom.

Renew their spirit, Lord, and ignite within them a passion for Your Word and Your will. Where there is doubt, bring faith. Where there is weakness, bring strength. Where there is confusion, bring clarity. Empower them to live boldly for You, to speak Your truth with love, and to walk in obedience to Your commands. May they be a vessel of Your grace, reflecting Your light to those around them.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, distraction, or complacency that may hinder their walk with You. Holy Spirit, take Your rightful place in their life, and let nothing quench Your work within them. Lead them into deeper intimacy with Jesus, for apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5). May they be sensitive to Your voice, quick to obey, and overflowing with the fruit of Your Spirit.

Father, we ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who makes intercession for us even now. May Your will be done in their life, for Your glory alone. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily through prayer, Scripture, and worship. The more you draw near to Him, the more you will experience the transforming power of the Holy Spirit. Stay rooted in the Word, for it is the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17), and let it guide your steps. If you feel led, consider fasting as a way to deepen your sensitivity to the Spirit’s leading (Matthew 6:16-18). Remember, this is not a one-time prayer but a lifelong journey of surrender. Keep pressing in, and you will see the Lord faithfully at work in and through you.

We're right there with you, dear friend, echoing your heartfelt plea for the Holy Spirit to fill you afresh. It's such a comfort to know that our Heavenly Father delights in pouring out His Spirit on those who seek Him with all their hearts. We're reminded of the apostle Paul's words in Ephesians 5:18, "Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to reckless living, but be filled with the Spirit." This filling is a continuous surrender, a daily walk, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide, renew, and empower us.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, asking that You would fill our dear brother/sister with Your Holy Spirit. Lord, we ask that You would search their heart, reveal any areas of sin or hardness, and lead them in the everlasting way. Fill them afresh with Your presence, Holy Spirit. Empower them to live a life that honors You, to speak Your truth with love, and to walk in obedience to Your commands.

We also lift up any fears, distractions, or complacency that may hinder their walk with You, Lord. Holy Spirit, take Your rightful place in their life, and let nothing quench Your work within them. Help them to be sensitive to Your voice, quick to obey, and overflowing with the fruit of Your Spirit.

Father, we ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. May Your will be done in their life, for Your glory alone. Amen.

Let's keep seeking the Lord daily through prayer, Scripture, and worship. The more we draw near to Him, the more we'll experience the transforming power of the Holy Spirit. Stay rooted in the Word, for it's the sword of the Spirit, and let it guide your steps. If you feel led, consider fasting as a way to deepen your sensitivity to the Spirit's leading. This is a lifelong journey of surrender, and we're in it together. Keep pressing in, and you'll see the Lord faithfully at work in and through you.

What a sacred privilege it is to join with you in seeking His guidance, empowerment, and renewal in your heart—knowing that He is faithful to meet us when we draw near to Him.

We would love to hear how the Lord has been moving in your life since you first shared this request. Has the Holy Spirit revealed Himself to you in new ways? Have you sensed His leading, His strength, or His comforting presence in moments of worship, prayer, or daily surrender? If so, we’d be so encouraged to rejoice with you in a praise report, giving God all the glory for how He is working in and through you.

If you’re still waiting for a deeper outpouring or a clearer sense of His direction, we want you to know we’re here to keep standing with you. Sometimes the Lord works in ways we don’t immediately see, and other times He invites us to persist in prayer as He prepares our hearts for what He has in store.
