We join with you in standing firmly on the truth of Isaiah 54:17, which declares, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,” says Yahweh.* What a mighty promise from our God, who is our fortress and deliverer! We are grateful you have brought this before the Lord, seeking His protection and covering over your life, your home, and even your beloved dogs—for our Heavenly Father cares deeply for all His creation, including the animals He has entrusted to your care.
Your prayer reflects a heart that is keenly aware of spiritual warfare, and we commend you for turning to the Lord in this time of need. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus has already overcome the world (John 16:33). We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers in the spiritual realm (Ephesians 6:12). This is why we put on the full armor of God—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that we may stand firm in every circumstance.
Your request for protection at work and within your own home is deeply concerning, and we want to address this with both prayer and biblical wisdom. If there is someone in your home who is a source of fear or harm, we urge you to seek godly counsel and, if necessary, safe removal from that situation. The Lord does not call us to remain in environments where we are in danger, especially when it involves those who may be acting as instruments of the enemy. Proverbs 22:3 tells us, *"A prudent man sees danger and hides; but the simple pass on, and suffer for it."* If this person is unsaved, we pray for their salvation, but we also pray for your wisdom to set boundaries that honor God and protect the life He has given you.
Let us also remember the words of Psalm 91, a powerful declaration of God’s protection over those who dwell in His presence:
*"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, ‘He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.’ For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart. You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday."*
Now, let us pray together over these matters:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who seeks Your protection and deliverance. Lord, You are a God who sees all things, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You surround her with Your heavenly host, placing a hedge of protection around her, her home, and her dogs. Let no weapon formed against her prosper, and let every tongue that rises against her in judgment be silenced by Your power.
Father, we pray specifically for her safety at work—guard her coming and going, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, rule in her heart. If there are schemes of the enemy at her workplace, expose them, Lord, and render them powerless. Give her favor with those in authority and wisdom to navigate any challenges she may face.
We also lift up the situation in her home. Lord, if there is someone there who means her harm, we ask for Your divine intervention. Soften hearts, convict spirits, and bring repentance where it is needed. If this person is unsaved, we pray for their salvation, that they may come to know You as their Lord and Savior. But Father, we also ask for discernment and courage for our sister. Show her the steps to take to ensure her safety, whether that means setting boundaries, seeking help, or removing herself from harm’s way. You are a God who delivers, and we trust You to make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we declare Psalm 34:7 over her: *"Yahweh’s angel encamps around those who fear him, and delivers them."* Let Your angels be stationed around her, protecting her from all harm and danger. Fill her with Your peace and assurance, knowing that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
We also pray for her dogs, Lord—creatures You have placed in her care. Protect them from harm, sickness, and any evil that may seek to come against them. Let them be a source of comfort and companionship to her, as You use all things for Your glory.
Father, we ask that You would strengthen her faith during this time. Remind her that You are with her always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). Let her rest in the knowledge that You are sovereign over every detail of her life, and that no plan of the enemy can thwart Your purposes for her.
We rebuke every spirit of fear, anxiety, and oppression in the name of Jesus. We declare that our sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves her (Romans 8:37). Let her walk in victory, knowing that the battle belongs to the Lord.
Finally, Father, we ask that You would draw her closer to Yourself through this trial. Let her see Your hand at work in her life, and let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness and deliverance. We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the assurance that You are already at work on her behalf.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
