Hi. My name's Amy and I am 16 years old. I have Tourette's syndrome (http://www.tsa-usa.org), Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Asperger's syndrome. Please pray that I can over come these.
The main point of my prayer request is that I stumbled upon a website called "Reece's Rainbow" which is an international adoption agency for kids with Down syndrome and other disabilities. I I got a feeling as if from God Himself that I ma to beg my mom (who is recently separated from my dad due to the fact he had an affair with my best friend's mom for 2 years so please pray for that) to have us add two new members to my family via adoption. Their names are Wendy and Bobby. Wendy is 4 years old and is blind and has Cerebral Palsy (she's from Russia and will soon be put into a mental institution if not adopted soon) and Bobby is a gentleman (age 11 and in a mental institution unknown to me where)who has Down syndrome.
Please help me convince my mom. We're moving into a home with larger bedrooms (I have two brothers ages 13 and 7)so there would be room. Please have her realize how important this is, have God tell her what I'm feeling about this/what He's telling me, and have her be able to over look having two kids with disabilities be in our family. Please help! Please pray that my mom will say yes (over look the disabilities like she does for me and that they're from other countries) and we'll add these two beautiful people into our lives.
