Please pray for the company God has allowed me to start and grow. I have been blessed with a technology company that is well known in the community. I have been recognized and the company has been recognized for being involved in the community and giving back. We lost a salesperson this year in a car accident and my staff have been hitting walls all year. Not to mention my staff is not motivated about anything..they are nerds..except one technician that has been through a very ungodly life...he tells me every day how thankful he is for the company giving him a chance. He goes above and beyond for all clients and is great! The others are just not thinking about how their actions effect our clients. They forget to call people back..they forget to tell each other when a task needs to be completed. I could go on but...

I need prayers that God guides me to inspiring and teaching the staff to care so we can have a successful 2014!
