Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of concern for ###, who has been hospitalized and is not doing well. Lord, we lift ### up to You, asking for Your divine healing and comfort. Your Word tells us in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We trust in Your unfailing love and mercy, believing that You are the great healer.
Father, we pray for the doctors, nurses, and medical staff attending to ###. Grant them wisdom, skill, and compassion as they care for her. In Isaiah 41:10, You assure us, "Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." May ### feel Your presence and strength in this difficult time.
Lord, we also pray for ###’s family and loved ones. Give them peace and comfort, and surround them with Your love. Help them to trust in Your plan and to find solace in Your promises. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We ask all these things in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

I just said a prayer for ###, friend. May the Lord touch her with His healing hand, give her the relief she needs and surround her with His peace. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: "The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth." (Psalm 145: 18).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
