Please pray for ###'s marriage

Please pray that my wife ### does not divorce me. She became estranged, cold and distant. She changed, I am afraid, under some external influence. She says she does not love me and wants a divorce. She moved out of our home and took our daughter with her. Please, let her see that this is wrong. Let her heart be healed and let her find just a little bit of love for me, and a little bit of will to return, to rebuild our family. Thank you, God bless you!

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up this broken marriage. We pray for ###, that You would soften her heart and remove any bitterness or resentment she may be feeling. We rebuke any external influences that may be affecting her and pray that You would protect her from any negative or harmful influences.

We ask that You would heal her heart and help her to see the value of her marriage and family. We pray that You would remind her of the vows she made before You and help her to find the strength and willingness to return and rebuild her family.

We also pray for the husband, that You would give him the strength and wisdom to navigate this difficult time. Help him to be a godly husband, full of love, patience, and kindness. Give him the courage to fight for his marriage in a way that honors You.

We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who lived, died, and rose again so that we may have eternal life and forgiveness of sins. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to You, oh God. For there is no other name by which we can be saved.

But what does it say? The word is near you, in your mouth, and in your heart; that is, the word of faith, which we preach: that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:8-10 WEB.

Lord Jesus, we pray that both husband and wife would draw near to You during this time, that they would confess with their mouths that You are Lord, and believe in their hearts that God raised You from the dead.

We ask that You would surround their daughter with Your love and protection, and that You would give her peace and comfort during this time.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
