Please pray for ###'s insomnia

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s prayer request for their teenage son, ###. We ask that you would grant ### the gift of excellent sleep every night. Your Word assures us that you give your beloved sleep, so we pray that you would bring peace and rest to ###'s mind and body as he lays down to sleep each night.
Father, we also ask for your divine protection and guidance over ###, especially in his career choices and the decision of which college or university to attend. Your Word promises that if we acknowledge you in all our ways, you will direct our paths. We pray that you would lead ### in the right direction, opening doors of opportunity and guiding him to the educational institution that aligns with your perfect plan for his life.
Lord, we thank you for hearing our prayers and for your faithfulness to answer them. We trust in your love and wisdom, knowing that you have ###'s best interests at heart. May he experience your presence and guidance every step of the way.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
