We are truly sorry to hear about your father's health issues. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and protection for him.
Let's remember the words of the Holy Bible. James, the brother of Jesus, told the elders to pray over the sick and the prayer of faith will make the sick well (James 5:14). The Psalmist said, The LORD will strengthen him on the bed of illness. You turn all his bed in his sickness (Psalms 41:3 WEB). The prophet Isaiah said, But he was pierced for our transgressions. he was crushed for our iniquities (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). Jesus was pierced and crushed for our sicknesses and diseases so that we could be healed. Jesus quoted Isaiah when He started His ministry for delivering the oppressed. Jesus said, The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted (Luke 4:18 WEB).
Together, let us pray. Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up the father of our friend who has requested prayer. We stand against the attacks of the enemy on his health, and we declare Your healing power over his body. We pray that You would touch him, heal him, and make him whole, according to Your will. We call upon Your Word in the book of Psalm 103:2-3, which says, Bless the LORD, my soul, and do not forget his benefits: who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases. We trust in Your goodness and mercy, and we believe that You are able to heal and restore. We also pray for the doctors and medical professionals attending to him, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom in their decisions. Surround him with Your peace and comfort, and draw him ever closer to You during this time. If he does not have a personal relationship with Jesus, the great physician, we pray that he would come to know Jesus in a personal way and that he would be saved. God, in the name of Jesus, we ask for his health. We rebuke the devil and command the devil to remove his hands from your father's health. In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen.
