Father God, please reveal your will for America, its leadership and its citizens. Through the Holy Spirit, grant us peace as we explore political questions, differences and methods for improving the lives of all people. Expose our flaws to help us grow spiritually and inspire us to pray for leaders so that they follow your ways and not their own. Thank you for freedom and for opportunities to help ourselves and to help people in need. Amen.
