We lift up your family in this new season, trusting that the Lord’s plans are good, even when they unfold differently than we hope. Your daughter’s disappointment is understandable, but we pray she will find peace in knowing that God’s ways are higher than ours. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* This is a time for her to grow in faith, and we pray she will embrace this opportunity with courage and perseverance. Her determination to retake the transfer exam is commendable, and we ask the Lord to guide her studies, giving her wisdom and strength.
As she prepares to leave home, we pray for her safety and protection in this new city. May the Lord place godly friends and mentors in her path and provide her with a dormitory that is not only ideal but also a place of peace and focus. We also pray for her emotional and spiritual well-being, that she would lean on Christ in moments of loneliness or uncertainty. Psalm 121:7-8 declares, *"Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore."*
For your upcoming certification exam, we ask the Lord to grant you clarity of mind, retention of knowledge, and confidence rooted in Him. May He open doors in your work, providing the resources needed to support your daughter’s education, meet your mortgage obligations, and care for your elders. We rebuke any spirit of financial anxiety in Jesus’ name and declare that the Lord is your Provider. Philippians 4:19 assures us, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."*
We also encourage you to remember that while planning and hard work are important, your ultimate trust must rest in the Lord. Matthew 6:33 reminds us, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."* Let this season draw your family closer to Him, knowing that He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in each of you.
**Our prayer for you:**
Heavenly Father, we come before You with gratitude for this family and the new season they are entering. Lord, we ask that You comfort their daughter in her disappointment and renew her hope in You. Give her strength as she prepares for this transition, and surround her with Your favor as she begins her studies in a new place. Assign her to a dormitory that will be a blessing, and protect her from any harm or distraction.
We pray for wisdom and success in her upcoming transfer exam, that You would open the doors You desire for her future. For her parent’s certification exam, we ask for Your guidance and favor, that they would pass with excellence and see Your hand at work in their career.
Lord, we lift up their financial concerns to You, knowing that You own the cattle on a thousand hills. Provide for their every need—college expenses, mortgage payments, and the care of their elders. Help them to steward their resources wisely and to trust in Your provision without fear.
Most of all, Father, we pray that this family would grow deeper in their faith through this season. May they seek You first in all things and find their peace in Your sovereignty. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
