Hi my name is Marcus and my wife's name is Stephanie,
We've been together for 16 years and I love her with all of my heart. We've been separated for five months now and we're in limbo. A lot of our problems have been financial mistakes and living over our means, bad choices with our money to the point where we had to face bankruptcy and foreclosure. My problems have been with working through my depression and finding the sources that have plagued me over the years throughout my life, starting with the sexual abuse I had experienced as a kid. I just recently had council and discovered a lot of my actions have been a common trait amongst abused children in their adult lives. The last two years have been rough for me with jobs and has compounded the financial problems and created distrust with my wife. I left her hanging on my part and didn't step up to take care of the family (4 kids and a grandson). Right now she doesn't feel love for me and is not willing to try to work out our problems. The door has closed so to speak and I don't know how to begin to rebuild the trust other than to ask God for help,(The Lord Jesus Christ). I've asked for forgiveness and a chance to make things right, but all I feel is the hurt and her separating her life from mine and vice versa. In my soul I know that we can have a wonderful life that God intended for us to have and be able to look back on our problems as a learning experience that needed to happen in order for us to grow and heal. Today she told me that if she were to make a decision about us, we'd be done and would divorse, and that was the worst feeling I've felt in my entire life. We can't continue to go on like this because it's breaking my heart.
I ask for all who read this to please pray to Our Lord Jesus Christ for a miracle of healing with my wife Stephanie and me. To pray for our family and our love to be restored and to live our lives with happiness, peace, and joy. Please pray for our abundance and financial well-being. I ask for all of this in the name of Our Lord Jesus Christ and may God bless you!!! Amen
