I lift up prayer on behalf of your son. I had a friend in junior high with this condition, always scary. And I actually worked the past few years with several older gentlmen who had seizures. I cannot imagine the pain, suffering of a parents heart. BUT you've got my prayers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's a prayer I found (at bottom)...it's a bit lengthy but it I know there are times in my life when situations had exausted me beyond my own words. And the lord knows what is coming from our hearts.
Prayers which quote scripture...I have found to be a powerful way to beef up my on prayers. There just seems to be something empowering when we quote scripture in our heart and from our lips.

Thank you for being all-knowing. You know that hope's son has been in pain, getting headaches and having seizures. You know the source and the reason for these serious health issues. This family is under physical attack. We lift our shields of faith against this. Lord, you died so that all of your children that are trusting in you would be redeemed from any curse from the devil. You did not suffer on Calvary for your children to suffer like this. Lord, please in the name of your Son Jesus, heal what is going on in his body. Give him the right diagnosis and treatment when he goes to the doctor. Give him a supernatural healing and allow him the freedom from being chained to any drugs or expensive treatments.
In Jesus’ precious name, work your miracles on this family. Let the testimony of your miracle healing power bring many to know you as a God that provides and a God that is real; for you are Jehovah Rappha, the God that heals. Amen.

We bind the spirit of fear, doubt, unbelief and apathy right now. We ask for an increase of faith—a double portion of whatever each person involved with _______________ had before. We ask the peace of God to cover this whole circumstance. I bind the lying demonic force that is hiding the true cause and entry point to this condition. Expose yourself right now. Bring to __________________ ‘s mind (or any person present) the hiding spirit that is covering the cause of this epileptic condition.
In the name of Jesus, we shine the name of Jesus into your face and you creeping thing must come out of _________________ right now. We pull out the root of you. We burn the stronghold you have on ______________________. Today you are done with your assignment on _____________________________. God himself will vincicate what you have done to ______________________’s mind, body, self esteem, relationships and reputation. He/she will no longer be overcome with shame or guilt by your presence. God will restore all the broken parts of ___________________ that you have unsuccessfully attacked.
Lord, please guide these doctors and health professionals that have come to help ________________. Give them the wisdom and love of you. Give them the kind of heart that sees this precious human as one of their own flesh and blood. As they work to revive _________________ and restore ______________ to healthy normality, we ask that the oxygen _____________ breathes in is actually the live-giving power of the HOLY SPIRIT Himself. Give ______________________ the wisdom to follow the doctors instructions and the faith to believe in a God that can completely heal.
Lord, as ________________ is following your lead and walking out of the fog and darkness, draw _______________ to the light and truth of you. Let all deceptions and fears fall to the side as ______________is seeing clearly now. ________________ will take the path that satan tried to steer him/her off of.
Lord, we need a miracle and we are waiting with great expectation to see how you will move in a mighty way over this situation.
