Please pray for my son Alan, didn’t pass his last test

Please pray for my son Alan, didn’t pass his last test in training for the railroad. I keep hearing his phone call saying Mom they let me go. He said God has a different plan but I don’t understand why I made it so far and 3 1/2 weeks til finished and I’m done! No job... please pray fir him?
