We lift up your mother before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith. The anxiety and nightmares she is experiencing are real, and we know the weight of this moment is heavy on her spirit. But we declare that God is her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that He would calm her fears, still her mind, and fill her with His perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we ask that You grant her favor in the eyes of those who will review her exam. Let Your wisdom, which is pure, peaceable, and full of mercy (James 3:17), guide her answers and reflect in her work. We rebuke every spirit of fear and doubt that seeks to torment her, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your promise that whatever we ask in prayer, believing, we will receive (Matthew 21:22).
Lord, we also pray for strength and perseverance for her. If the results are not what she hopes for, remind her that Your plans for her are good, plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). But we trust in Your goodness and ask that You open the door of opportunity for her to pass this exam. Let her name be written among those who have succeeded, not by her might or power, but by Your Spirit (Zechariah 4:6).
We encourage her to cast all her anxieties on You, Lord, because You care for her (1 Peter 5:7). May she find rest in Your presence and confidence in Your unfailing love. Remind her that her worth is not defined by the outcome of this exam, but by the fact that she is fearfully and wonderfully made in Your image (Psalm 139:14).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before Your throne on behalf of this dear sister in Christ. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in this situation, and may Your peace reign in her heart. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
