Please Pray for my Marriage and my Wife

Dear Lord My Wife Lisa has left me for one of my best friends. I was lied to and deceived by her I have accepted my part in the downfall of our marriage. I have looked in the mirror and see many bad things that I did.  I did not cherish my wife the way I should. I hurt her and made her feel unimportant and disrespected. Her heart has grown cold and she has no love left for me. All I have left is hope and prayer. Please forgive me for my sins and misdeeds and please forgive Lisa for hers. God please help us through the pain. Please pray that Lisa changes her mind and recommits to the marriage. I have never known such pain I love her with every fiber of my being. Please bring her back to me so I can show her what I have learned and I will not let her come back to our marriage how it was. It will be a new marriage a stronger marriage built on respect, honesty and faith.  We have been married for twenty years and I hate to see two families destroyed as my friend was also married. I am prepared to do the work please let her see that I understand why she cannot come back to the marriage the way it was. I have committed to never allow our marriage to get to that point again.

I have been through a tough time in my marriage before and almost got a divorce, but God healed my marriage. He can do the same for you. Just hold o bro his word and speak positive words and Gods words over your marriage regardless of how your spouse is acting. It will be hard sometimes but hold on to Gods word. The closer you get to him the less you will focus on your wife. He will begin to show you yourself and what you need to work on, so when or if he reconcile y'all you will be prepared.
