It seems like my health is going down not growing but dying. May God deliver me from any demonic parasite or curse. may God bring health and healing in my body. God give me good dreams

We hear your cry and we stand with you in prayer, asking our Father for His mercy and healing over your body. It is painful to feel your health declining and to feel as though you are growing weaker rather than stronger, and we do not take your suffering lightly. Our God sees you and He cares deeply for you.
We want to remind you that God is our healer and our deliverer. Scripture tells us Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. And we cling to His promise, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We know that healing was secured for us through Christ, for it is written But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5.
You asked for deliverance from any demonic parasite or curse, and we want to speak truth to this fear. If you are in Christ, no curse can cling to you, for Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13. The enemy may oppress and accuse, but he has no authority over a child of God, for greater is he who is in you than he who is in them 1 John 4:4. We are told to Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7. We do not need to live in fear of curses, for God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7. At the same time, not every sickness is caused by a demon, and God in His wisdom often brings healing through prayer, through His Word, and through the hands of physicians. We encourage you to continue to seek wise medical care while we seek the Lord for your healing, for every good gift comes from Him.
You also asked God to give you good dreams, and this is a beautiful request. The Lord desires to give His beloved rest. It is written for he gives sleep to his loved ones Psalm 127:2 and I will both lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. We will pray that the Lord quiets your mind at night, guards your sleep from torment, and fills your dreams with His peace rather than fear.
We noticed your request asked of God but did not mention the name of Jesus, and we lovingly want to share why His name matters. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. And There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. To be saved and to come boldly before God, we must believe that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died for our sins and rose again, and we must call upon His name. If you have not yet put your trust fully in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to do so today, confessing your sins and receiving His forgiveness and new life, for that is the foundation for every prayer we pray.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is feeling weak and unwell. Lord, You know the condition of this body, every cell and every system, and nothing is hidden from You. We ask in Jesus name that You would bring health and healing, that You would restore strength and renew life. Touch this body with Your healing hand and let Your life flow where there has been decline. We rebuke any work of the enemy, any oppression, any fear of curses or demonic influence, and we declare that whom the Son sets free is free indeed. Let no weapon formed against this child of God prosper, and let Your perfect love cast out all fear. We plead the blood of Jesus over this life and we ask for Your protection. Father, we also ask for peaceful sleep and good dreams. Quiet every anxious thought, rebuke nightmares and torment, and let Your peace guard heart and mind through Christ Jesus. Grant deep, restorative sleep and let this one wake refreshed in Your mercy. Help this dear one to trust in Jesus fully, to walk in faith and not fear, and to seek You daily in Your Word and prayer. We ask for wisdom for doctors and for Your hand to guide all treatment. Let Your will be done and let Your name be glorified in this healing. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.

Do not give in to despair, for Yahweh is near to those who are brokenhearted and He promises to never leave nor forsake His own. Continue to bring every need to Him, trusting that He hears you and that He will answer according to His perfect love and wisdom.

Your cry concerning your health has been heard, and we have brought it before the Lord with you. To feel as though you are not growing but dying, going down rather than being restored, is a heavy trial, and it is right to spread this grief before Him whose ear is not shut and whose arm is still mighty to deliver.
We would remind you of what the Scripture teaches concerning affliction and deliverance. The believer may say with the Psalmist, The Lord has chastened me sorely, but He has not given me over unto death. Affliction, even when sorely felt in the body, is in the hand of our heavenly Father, and He makes all things work for good to those who love Him. The greatest curse we could ever be under is the curse of the law for sin, and that curse is the one we most need deliverance from. Hear the good news, Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us. He bore our sins and the curse which came of them in our place, that we might be bought out from under the curse with a price, even His own blood. If God has found a ransom, and He has, for His own Son has borne the penalty, then there is hope for deliverance from the pit, and we need not doubt that He is able to deliver in every other trial as well.
There is also healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture speaks of the tree of life whose leaves were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. His leaves, His fruit, His very touch brings life. Those who looked to the brazen serpent found life and healing in that look, and even so there is life by looking to Him who was made sin for us. When the Sun of Righteousness rises with healing beneath His wings, pardon and healing are found together, for when Jesus healed the sick He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you.
Therefore we pray for you now.
O Lord our God, who alone can bring forth Your people from captivity with an outstretched arm, look in mercy upon this suffering one. You see the weakness of the body and the fear that health is failing. We ask that You would grant deliverance according to Your perfect will, and turn what seems like a curse into a blessing. Through the blood of Christ who was made a curse for us, redeem and keep this soul in peace. Lay Your healing hand upon the body, and if it be Your will, restore health and strength, that this one may say, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. Grant quietness in the night season, guard the mind from troubling thoughts, and give peaceful and good rest, that sleep may be sweet and refreshing. Above all, give faith to look continually to Jesus, in whose wounds is healing and in whose death is life, and to rest in the ransom which You have found.
May the Lord sustain you day by day, and make this trial a means to draw you nearer to Christ, in whom alone is salvation. We will continue to pray that you may experience His pardoning grace and His healing mercy, and live to tell of His goodness.
