I desperately need prayer and wanted to ask you if you can ask your prayer partners to lift me and my children in prayer. After two years of a court battle, I was finally able in June, 2010 to get a judgment and order for child support. This was after two years of struggling financially to keep us above water. Well, of course, I thought my troubles were over but after making two child support payments and buying a motorcycle and a brand new boat, my children’s father quit paying his support. I am financially devastated and although I am very fortunate to be employed it just isn’t enough to support me and my children. Last week, I made the heart breaking decision to send my children to live with their father. I don’t want us to starve this winter and be unable to pay the heating bills. Their father is not saved and he actually makes fun of those who are. My children will no doubt suffer from this decision but it was one I felt I had to make. I told him I cannot afford to keep them if he willfully refuses to help support them. Needless to say he is already filling their heads with evil concerning me and will probably do whatever he feels in his power to keep them from seeing or speaking to me, as this is what he did a couple years ago when my daughter went to stay with him for three months. Please keep this situation uplifted in prayer as all things are in the Lord’s hands
