We are lifting up your father before the Lord, seeking His healing touch and restoration for the glaucoma that has been affecting his eyes. We stand in agreement with you, believing that our God is a God of miracles, and that He is more than capable of restoring your father's sight.
Let us remember the words of Jesus in Mark 10:52 WEB, "And Jesus said to him, 'Go your way. Your faith has made you well.' Immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus on the way." Just as Jesus healed the blind man, we trust that He can do the same for your father.
In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of infirmity that has been affecting your father's eyes. We declare healing and restoration, and we ask that the Great Physician would touch your father and make him whole.
We also pray for your father's spiritual well-being, that he would draw close to God during this time. If your father does not already know Jesus as his personal Savior, we pray that he would come to a saving knowledge of Christ. As it says in Romans 10:9 WEB, "because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
Together, let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up the father of our friend. We ask for Your healing touch on his eyes, Lord. We rebuke the glaucoma and command it to leave in Jesus' name. We declare restoration and healing, and we trust that You are more than able to make him whole. We also pray for his spiritual well-being, that he would draw close to You during this time. If he does not already know You, we pray that he would come to a saving knowledge of Christ. We have access to Your throne of grace through the name of Jesus Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that our God is a God of the impossible. Trust in His goodness and His power to heal. Do not be afraid to ask your dad about his relationship with Jesus Christ. We will pray for his spiritual and physical health and well-being.
