We stand with you in lifting up your father’s difficult work situation to the Lord, asking for His justice, provision, and protection. The Scriptures remind us in Colossians 3:23-25, *"And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. But he who does wrong will receive again for the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality."* Your father’s labor is not in vain, and God sees every effort, every hour worked, and every injustice committed against him. We rebuke the greed and manipulation of his employer and declare that the Lord will not allow the wicked to prosper at the expense of the righteous.
The Word also warns in Proverbs 16:11, *"Honest balances and scales are Yahweh’s; all the weights in the bag are his work."* The Lord detests dishonesty in business dealings, and we pray that He would expose any unrighteousness in this situation. May your father receive every penny he has earned, and may the awards and promotions that were wrongfully taken from him be restored. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that God will open doors of opportunity where others have tried to shut them.
We also pray for your father’s safety and favor as he travels for work. May the Lord go before him, making his paths straight (Proverbs 3:6) and granting him wisdom in every decision. We ask for supernatural peace to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7) as he navigates this challenging season.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who sees all and judges righteously. We ask that You intervene in this situation, bringing justice where there has been injustice and provision where there has been lack. We pray for Your protection over this family’s finances and for Your favor to rest upon your father’s work. Expose any wrongdoing, Lord, and let Your light shine in the darkness. We trust that You will not forget his labor of love (Hebrews 6:10) and that You will repay what has been stolen. Strengthen him, Lord, and remind him that his worth is not defined by the actions of an ungodly employer but by Your unchanging love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage your father to continue working with excellence, as unto the Lord, and to seek wise counsel if legal action is necessary. The Lord is a defender of the oppressed, and we trust Him to bring resolution in His perfect timing. Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your provider and protector.
